Set high above Balaclava, Open Court is a rooftop basketball space created as a tribute to Kobe Bryant and the culture of the game.

Designed by Melbourne artist Kevin Gold, the artwork combines bold graphic forms and basketball imagery across the playing surface and surrounding rooftop, creating a strong visual identity that extends beyond the court itself. The project forms part of a broader rooftop space designed around sport, wellbeing and community.
